FANCY FUN WINE?

When Deniro and I were dreaming up this project, we went through a ton of name ideas. Some were poetic and artsy, and some were so overthought they stopped meaning anything. To be honest, none of them felt like us, but more importantly, none of them felt like this insane new adventure. 

“Squish” is a nickname Deniro gave me about two weeks into our relationship and it stuck. So much so, it's written on my work lunch box and water bottle and locker and every one of the 650ish handwritten love notes Deniro has snuck into my workdays. 

The first time Deniro said “Squish Cellars” out loud, everything clicked. To the peeps who like to joke that we named it after squishing grapes: that works too! But when people ask, I love getting the chance to share a little bit about how lucky I am to love him.
